Water Tank Update

Hello Clearwater Acres Residents,

We would like to inform you that the water tank has been returned to service as of this

past Friday. The project is nearing completion and has met all the expectations to date.

We have received a few calls from CWA Residents that the water tastes differently.

This is to be expected in the short term until we run sufficient water through the new

tank to remove all the new paint smell.

Most importantly, is that water was tested for bacteria by Department of Natural

Resources before we began operation of the tank on Friday. Water tested normal and

was approved to return to service. Second, we tested the water this morning for the

proper amount of chlorination and results were normal.

We thank everyone for your patience with this process. The good news is that the tank

refurbishment is expected to last 15 to 20 years before having to repeat this process

again.
