Friendly Reminder Regarding Large Vehicle Deliveries and Neighborhood Property

Hello Neighbors,

We hope everyone is doing well. We wanted to share a quick reminder regarding recent large vehicle activity in our neighborhood.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen an increase in large delivery trucks and commercial vehicles (including construction materials, propane deliveries, and similar services). Some of these vehicles are having difficulty navigating our streets and tight turns, and in a few cases, they’ve driven or backed onto residential lawns, causing damage and leaving ruts.

To help keep our neighborhood looking great and to be fair to all homeowners, we want to clarify that homeowners who arrange these deliveries or services are responsible for any damage caused by their contractors or delivery vehicles. We kindly ask that any impacted areas be repaired promptly and coordinated directly with the affected neighbor.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and thoughtfulness in helping maintain the beauty, safety, and positive spirit of our community. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Board.

Thank you for being great neighbors.

Warm regards,

Your HOA Board
