Annual Meeting & Board Member Positions

Hello CWA Members,
The annual CWA Property Owners Association and CWA Water Association meeting is
scheduled for Saturday, 18 July, 9:00 am. Meeting will be held in the same location as
last year, Closer Walk Church, 1163 Ridgedale Road, Ridgedale, MO. This is a save
the date notice only. The formal notice for the annual meeting will be mailed via US
Postal Service to all members mid-June.
As per our CWA Property Owners Association Bylaws, there are two Board positions
that are up for election each year. The Board member positions are three (3) year
terms. If you would like to be a candidate for a board member position, please submit
your intention by replying to this message via email, hoa@clearwateracres.com. In
order to be a CWA Board Member, you must be a legal CWA property owner and have
lived in the subdivision for a minimum of one (1) year. Please include a short biography
of your work experience, a few comments on why you want to be a board member, and
a photo of yourself. We will then publish your biography by hardcopy and send to all
members in mid-June. Elections will conclude at the annual meeting. The Board
requires that you submit your intention and biography no later than Friday, June, 05
2026.
The incumbents are Leland Goode and Kalon Degenhardt. Both board members are
running for re-election for three (3) year term.
